OK - this is it! I have officially switched from being a Nikon shooter for many, many years to now beginning my journey with FujiFilm.  My good friend and I decided that at least twice a year we are going to do an epic adventure. The first one was a multi-day hike on the Appalachian Trail to the top of Mount Washington. I learned so much about equipment, packing and training but wanted a far more portable kit then I had with my Nikon equipment. So I did my research and figured out the best camera kit that would work for me; thus my entrance into the world of Fujifilm. I figured with such a change in my photography career and lifestyle that a new website was needed. Therefore, I'm starting my first blog with my first encounter with Fujifilm! My passion for  adventure photography is officially re-born!

On this trip I took my new Fuji X-T2 with the 18-135mm lens and loved every second of the 4 days it took us to go from one rim of the Grand Canyon to the other! Amazing trip with many more to come!
